How does the AI photo processing actually work?

Our booth captures a high-resolution photo, then our holiday-trained AI models re-render the guest into the chosen scene — wardrobe, lighting, and background included. Faces are preserved so guests still look like themselves, just dropped into a beautifully art-directed holiday world.

How long does each photo take?

Accepted Answer

Most themes render in 10–20 seconds. Guests see a live preview, can retake or switch themes, and receive their final image by text or email immediately. Prints come out of the on-site printer within about 30 seconds.

How much space and power do you need?

A 10' x 10' footprint is ideal, and we can work in as little as 8' x 8'. We need one standard 110V outlet within 25 feet and, for the fastest delivery, either venue Wi-Fi or permission to use our own cellular hotspot.

What's included in a booking?

Accepted Answer

Delivery, setup, teardown, at least one trained attendant, unlimited AI photos for the booked hours, instant digital delivery, and an online gallery of the event. Prints, custom branding, and extra themes are included depending on the package.

How long does setup take?

About 45 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for teardown. Our crew arrives well before guest arrival and coordinates directly with your venue contact.

Question 6

What is your deposit and booking policy?

Accepted Answer

A 30% non-refundable deposit reserves your date, with the balance due seven days before the event. December dates are first-come, first-served and typically fill by early November. Rescheduling within the same season is free with 14 days' notice.

Question 7

Are the photos safe and appropriate for a corporate audience?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Content filters run on every generation, an attendant supervises the booth, and images can be reviewed before printing. We can also provide a data-retention agreement and delete all event images on request.

Can you build a custom theme for our brand?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Custom scenes are part of our Premium and Custom corporate packages — we build them from your logo, palette, and campaign assets, typically with two weeks of lead time.
